Artist of the Month: Sophie Rae

Hamilton House's Artist of the Month for April is Drawn in Bristol's Sophie Rae, which means you can view a sumptuous collection of Sophie's work in The Canteen this month.

Hamilton House, where our fabulous studio space is based, selects an artist every month to feature in their programme and marketing materials.  They've got a great little wall of fame featuring some past illustrated covers here, which is definitely worth a look.

We love Sophie's unique style, which she creates with stencils, rollers, oil based paints and an original monoprinting technique.  If you want to learn how to create monoprints of your own, keep an eye on the Drawn in Bristol blog, where we'll be posting links to Sophie's upcoming workshops.
